Can't do a thing but play

The phones don't work. The conspiracy nuts in the office figure the govt bugged the phones due to the fact that the prez is visiting down the street from my office today..he's going to a "minority owned" technology business to talk about the economy.

I saw a bumper sticker today: How to piss off a liberal; work hard and be happy.

LOL

We are going to have a HUGE storm this morning. It's supposed to bring a cold front. Why is it every weekend has been chilly? I hate that.

We're going to see Ironman tonight, I'm meeting the boys at a theater by the office for the rush hour show. Mmmm Popcorn for dinner. Saturday Drew has 2 soccer games, one is at 8am..I'm thinking that we may skip that and only go to the afternoon ones..that is EARLY, especially when you have to get there by 7:45..and it takes us 30 miles to get there. One of these days we'll move closer to my work and Drew... Just not yet.

Anyone else watching Survivor? Loving that Amanda used the idol...LOVED IT!!

I am looking forward to seeing Ironman. I have always liked Robert Downey, Jr. Wonder if he'll be as entertaining now that he's clean? The storm wasn't as big as I thought it would be. They are saying more this afternoon. I didn't know the prez was coming today. Should poke my head out of my bubble.

Same thing with the weather here. During the week it's sunny and warm. The weekends are a different story, cold and rainy. Boo.

As for Survivor. I had a slight grin on my face when Amanda used the idol. It freaking rocked! I hope she wins it. Either her or Erik.

We had some tornadas(spelled that way to sound hickish) come through today sounded like a freight train. They had us get in the stairwell here at the office. I was hoping they would let us just go on home..of course not. We had some damage here and there but nothing major. Hubs said it lifted up and literally went over the building. We heart storm season..keeps us in business.

Survivor is my guilty pleasure. I get ragged on by the offspring for watching it.

Wow, storms, tornado's... the only thing I really have to deal with in the Northwest is rain, rain, rain...

I have never seen Survivor. I swear, I must be the only one! I can only devote myself to one show at a time and don't want TV much, so AI is it and next will be that dance show. I think it's "So You Think You Can Dance." I have never seen it, but have wanted to.

Thanks for the comments about my photography MP. I am glad that you enjoy it. It makes me happy!

Thanks for the comment on the pic. The first one was an HTML error on my part. I have a bunch more photo from yesterday but I don't think I'm going to have time to post them because we have to leave in about a hour for the parade today! I got some pretty funny pictures and an even funnier story to go with them!!!

I've never been a Survivor fan but my parents are.

I think after the release of Iron Man 2, a conflict between Paramount Pictures, which has distribution rights to certain Marvel properties, and The Walt Disney Company, Marvel Comics' corporate parent, clouded the timing and the distribution arrangement of a possible third film
