In case you missed it, I wanted to let you know that I "officially tagged you" for the meme (you know... after you officially volunteered! ;) )
Thanks!
-And more on topic... weird video! I don't know how I feel about it. A lot of it, for me, makes me go "Uh yeah? Duh!" and other parts seem very sensationalized. The video seems like it was made to scare people rather than to simply teach and inform. I found that odd. (My two unsolicited cents! ;) )
Interesting video. Melissa is right, it does seem pretty sensationalized, but it makes you think, which is always good.
Also, thanks for the sympathy. While it's a small thing in the long run, it really threw me for a loop. (It took me more than 10 minutes to find a non-emergency # for the police! You would think that it would be at the front of the phone book, right next to 911, which even my 4 yr old nephew knows!)
I'm really impressed that you have such a great relationship with Drew's Mom and take part in his life in such a close way. Not many Step-Parents do and you guys are making things so much easier for the little guy! KUDOS!! Just another reason I think you are pretty special!! {{HUGS}}
I have lots of names..and lots of useless information in my head. I think I may burst if I don't write it, email or blab it. I've found that my best release is blogging it which is great since I don't bore anyone to tears unless they came here on their own free will.
I'm married to wonderful J and have a great stepson Drew who is 8. We have 2 cats (Patches and Rocky) and a crazy puppy (Jack).
I'm an only child, adopted and spoiled.
I love reading, TV, blogging, travel and anything that gets my imagination going.
